I enter the IOA gym and find it filled with old west ghost towns. The floor of the gym is even sand.
...When I step onto the sand I am transported to where I watch the story of the ghost towns...
A student, a young teen male, uncovers a secret chamber in the ghost towns.
...The secret room was under each ghosttown. Located under where the idea of the ghost town intersects the physical world...
IOA used the secret chambers to solve their overcrowding problems. Then they discovered the dead of each town was stored in these chambers. IOA had to remove all the bodies.
